# SEO Brief Writer

## Purpose
Turn a keyword into a writer-ready content brief.

## Inputs
- `keyword`
- `site_context`: existing pages for internal linking

## Procedure
1. Classify intent: informational / commercial / transactional / navigational.
2. Analyze the top 10 results. List coverage gaps.
3. Build an H2/H3 outline with per-section word targets.
4. List required entities, terms, and 3-6 internal link targets.
