Refund Policy

We would rather you had the right product than kept your money. This is how refunds work, stated plainly.

Library and course

Fourteen days from purchase, provided you have downloaded no more than three items. If it is not the right fit, write to us within that window and we refund in full.

Membership

Cancel at any time from your account. The current period is not refunded; access continues to the end of it and you are not billed again. A first month bought by mistake is refunded on request.

AIBOS Complete

Fourteen days, under the same download condition as the library, and provided the course access code has not been redeemed.

Audit, consultation and custom build

Refundable in full before work begins that is, before the report is started, the session is held, or the build is scheduled. Once delivered, these are not refundable, because the work is done.

How to request

Email jen@aibosystem.com from the address on your account with the order reference. We answer within three business days and return funds by the original payment method.

Upgrades

A one-time library purchase is credited toward membership rather than refunded. A consultation fee is credited toward a custom engagement that follows within ninety days.
