Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made from AIBOS. By buying or using an AIBOS product you agree to them.

What you are buying

AIBOS sells digital products and professional services: a library of documented skills, a course, a bundle of the two, a visibility audit, a private consultation and custom build engagements. Each product page states precisely what is delivered.

Licence

Library and course materials are licensed to you, one person or one business, for use inside your own business. You may adapt them for your work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or repackage them for others.

Membership

Membership renews automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A failed payment suspends access until the payment succeeds.

One-time library purchase

A one-time purchase gives you the library as it stands on the day of purchase, yours permanently. It does not include skills or tools added afterwards. You may upgrade to membership at any time and your purchase is credited toward it.

Services

Audits, consultations and custom builds require information from you. Delivery timelines begin when the intake form is complete. Consultation fees are credited toward a custom engagement that follows within ninety days.

AIBOS products support the business side of your practice: administration, marketing, communication and operations. They are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice and must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional.

Liability

AIBOS is provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
