AIBOS is the controller of the personal data described here. We collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver our products.

What we collect

• Account data: name, professional role, email address.
• Purchase data: products bought, amounts, plan status, held with our payment processor.
• Delivery data: intake answers you submit for an audit, consultation or custom build.
• Usage data: which skills you download, so we can support and update them.
• Optional analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

To create your account, to give you access to what you bought, to deliver services, to meet accounting obligations, and to improve the products. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models.

Processors

Payments are handled by Stripe. Authentication, database and file storage are handled by our hosting provider. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. Each processes data only on our instruction.

Retention

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Intake answers are kept for the engagement and two years after.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and comparable laws you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to jen@aibosystem.com and we will respond within thirty days.

International transfers

AIBOS is based in the United States. Where data moves from the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the banner, and you may change your choice at any time by clearing site data.
